Decorative Decorations in Gold Thread Shown on Aisles and Women's Bride Clothes in Naras, Pariaman City

An overview of the characteristics motif design, including decorative patterns, placement motifs, color combinations, and gold thread embroidery techniques on wedding dresses aisles in Naras Kota Pariaman, is presented this study. The method used descriptive qualitative with main data needed form primary secondary data. Data were collected through observation, interview, documentation techniques. analysis was carried out reduction, presentation, drawing conclusions. To get validity obtained triangulation. results study are 1) design motifs products sourced from nature (naturalists) clam flowers which stilasid into ornamental shapes, other roses, jasmine flowers, orchids, kaladi leaves, sunflowers, kaluak paku, animal such as lions peacocks. patterns include standing edge climbing roadside hanging rectangular fillings, triangular field sowing patterns. dress includes neck, sleeves, bottom shirt, back tokah, while aisle banta gadang, lansia, tabia, lidah-lidah, ondas-ondas, angkin, Dalamak. 2) combination product uses a base color, neutral colors, monochromatic complementary combinations. 3) technique first to prepare tools materials, make paper/directly cloth, trace motif, embroider using or silver then wrap it ordinary sewing , done. materials for satin, velvet, bridal, satin velvet
